Code of Conduct
All members of Camp 15, Waterloo, of the Corporation of Seven Wardens Inc. are required to commit to the following Code of Conduct.
Commitment

Quality – I will strive for excellence in the delivery of Camp 15 services and activities.

Confidentiality - I will respect the confidentiality of all involved individuals. At all times, the privacy and dignity of candidates and volunteers will be respected. Members may have access to information relating to candidates and/or volunteers that is private and confidential in nature. I will take reasonable care and exercise caution to protect and maintain total confidentiality.

Inclusive – I recognize that diversity is strength and will seek to involve all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, and political beliefs, in the activities of Camp 15. I will endeavor to work considerately and respectfully with all those I come into contact through Camp 15. I will respect diversity and different roles and avoid giving offence. I will participate in Diversity and Inclusiveness training offered through Camp 15.

Accountable - I will seek to be accountable for my actions as a Camp 15 member and will submit myself to whatever scrutiny and remediation is appropriate.

Responsive – I will strengthen the efforts of Camp 15 to meet its goal of perpetuating The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer in an optimal fashion.

Forward looking – I recognize and support the need for continual review and improvement in all aspects of Camp 15 operations.
Agreement
I agree to be bound by this Code of Conduct in all aspects of my volunteer work with Camp 15 of The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer. I have read and understood this document and willingly endorse same.
